What this website collects
The calculator uses practice-level estimates and does not require contact information. If you request a Revenue Recovery Snapshot, RetainOS may receive the business and contact information you submit together with your calculator inputs and illustrative result.
Patient information
Do not submit patient names, contact information, treatment details, photographs, diagnoses, treatment records, medical history, insurance information or other patient information through this website.
How information is used
Information submitted through the Snapshot request is used to respond to your request, prepare for the Revenue Review, evaluate potential fit and manage that business conversation.
Contact and scheduling
After a Snapshot request is recorded, the website may direct you to ClientContactPro scheduling to choose a Revenue Review time. Information you provide to the scheduling service is subject to the privacy terms shown there.
